The staff were really friendly and had lots of great tips of where to go and eat!! They were helpful with directions and had leaflets with directions pre printed which was great. It was easy to get to and from the airport and the metro was close to giving acess to the rest of the city!
Rooms were small enough with space but ideal for the time we spent in them

We enjoyed our dinner at the Hotel's Main Restaurant. The service and food were very good.
The bathroom was very small, and we could hardly move in between the toilet and sink. The bath was very high, and my mother-in law was unable to enter it.

great bathrooms
I was surprised and taken aback by the 3 per person/per day Euro City tax in cash at the end of the stay. However, After I returned home, the manager made a point of contacting me and assuring me that this is in fact a legitimate charge, and was very nice about it. So, Americans, be aware that this can happen in Rome. Ask about city tax at arrival.

Reasonably spacious hotel with savoury breakfast and accommodating staff. Great food combined with a good service. Certainly a good experience for rest in Rome.

Exceptionally friendly bar staff who made us feel welcome.
The air conditioning only worked during specific hours, making it uncomfortable at times.

Nice pleasant hotel, more than I expected for money.
A bit weird how a lot of young men with bandages, injuries etc were also there.

Services at hotel was excellent. Good price.
Location was far from city center and all historic buildings, but public transport is quite awailable in prices and regularity. Still sometimes it is was necessary more than 1h to get from hotel to center.

comfortable stay but room was small
The newly refurbished rooms are very nice and provide a comfortable ambiance. The airy balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains added a lovely touch to the overall experience.
While the room was small, it didn't deter from the comfort level.

Friendly staff. They help me print document and it is for free. One of staff looks like Totti and he is very humorous. Besides, it is very cheap for a four star hotel. Great breakfast. Like it very much.
Little far away from city centre and not convenience for tourists if without a private car.

Location of the hotel and room space
We were two couples that accomodated in this hotel.Everything left to be desired starting with the staff who were all liars. The moment we arrived at the hotel, Sara, the recepsionist, told us that you have not done any reservation here which we had done since March 2012 through Credit Card. The couple who was with us, had done pre-reservation and wanted to pay at the arrival moment in the hotel. The recepsionist told them that they will have an 20% discount at the hotel and they insisted that the fee would be paid at departure day. When we were leaving from the hotel, the recepsionist who told them about the 20 % discount deniend of doing this and made them pay more. Shame on them!We will never go there anymore and will not recommend this hotel to any other person.

Very clean, correct location - nice place but a bit far from historical downtown. Correct prices for a 4 star hotel. About breakfast: a good average with the most common dishes. Over all - recommended.
The staff was a bit unfriendly (altough it was late when we arrived), but nothing else. In the morning they were sure more friendly ;) We just stayed for one night however.
